Brian Hurd

Brian serves as the Business Development Manager for the BrownHolland Team and primarily focuses on cultivating relationships with home builders and their sales consultants. He communicates with them throughout construction in order to coordinate the processing and closing of the loan. His passion for home construction can be traced back to his father, who is a custom home builder.

Brian grew up in California, attending California State University at Chico. In 1999, he moved to Austin where he’s been in the mortgage business since 2003. Brian joined Sente in 2009 as a loan originator and within a year began working with the BrownHolland Team to create a division for clients interested in building and financing their dream home.

Brian is a founding member of the Sente Running Club, a philanthropic group established in 2009 to raise money for charities through running as a team. He is also an active kayaker, water skier, rugby player and proud father of a young daughter who shares his love of sports.
