Chris L. Holland

Chris is a native Texan and has worked in the mortgage industry since 1993. Prior to his transition into loan origination, he was a manager for a branch of one of the country’s largest banks. Chris played an integral role in opening the Austin branch of Milestone Mortgage and the founding of Sente Mortgage.

Working primarily “behind the scenes,” Chris provides an invaluable service to clients of the BrownHolland Team. He researches the vast array of loan programs and closely monitors interest rates to help advise clients when to lock. He is committed to making the loan process as smooth as possible by ensuring on-time closings.
