Dan Monson

Dan has been a mortgage banker since 1996. In addition to his experience as a mortgage banker, Dan also has extensive training in underwriting and the appraisal process. During his career he has also taken on key roles in the management and training of fellow mortgage bankers.

Dan grew up in Minnesota, but has called Texas home since graduating from Trinity University with a dual major in economics and political science. He is an active volunteer for Cub Scouts and coaches in Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association. Dan volunteers with the Chain Reaction Ministries, a charitable organization that restores donated bicycles, providing them to adults and children in need. Dan has been married since 1995, and is the proud father of boy/girl twins.
