Dave Busche

Prior to joining Sente, Dave spent 16 years in the home building industry, working for the nation’s largest manufactured-home and “On Your Lot” custom home builders. After the collapse of the home building industry, Dave chose to transfer his sales, account management and marketing skills to the mortgage banking industry.

Dave has found the transition to mortgage banking from home building to be a smooth one, and his past experience has given him unique perspective and insight. Over the past year, Dave has focused exclusively on loan processing as a production partner for one of Sente’s most lucrative originations teams. He has been able to create an efficient loan process that promotes client satisfaction and most recently has successfully branched out on his own as a mortgage banker for Sente.

Dave is a graduate of the University of Delaware and has his MBA from Wilmington College. Outside of work, Dave’s is devoted to “Family first!” In his spare time, you can find Dave in his garden, or doing any variety of activities that help keep him fit, including golfing, snow skiing, camping, canoeing and kayaking.
