Harper Ray

Born in Dallas, Harper graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to becoming a loan officer, Harper worked in real estate development while living on the island of Maui. Upon returning to Austin, she transitioned to the residential lending side of the industry.

In 2007, based on the work she has done helping first-time homebuyers become homeowners, the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation named her Outstanding Originator of the Year.
As a Texas Real Estate Commission-certified MCE instructor Harper is able to take her desire to share her mortgage program and product knowledge directly to the professional community. Much of her focus has been on educating Realtors about the programs available to first-time homebuyers.

For Harper and her team, however, the ultimate measure of success is their large base of satisfied clients. These raving fans return for second purchases and refinances, and also consistently refer Harper and her team to their friends, families and associates. She considers herself lucky to have found a career that allows her to help others, and she finds true joy in helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams.

An outdoor sports enthusiast, Harper enjoys wade fishing along the Texas Gulf Coast, mountain biking, wakeboarding and running with her dog Nalu. She also plays on a nationally competitive Ultimate Frisbee team and represented “Team USA” in Italy at the 2011 World Beach Ultimate Frisbee Championships, earning a Silver Medal. True to her giving nature and active lifestyle, Harper’s dream is to one day open a non-profit fitness, nutrition and educational center for low-income women in her community.
