James Racanelli

James Racanelli began his loan origination career fifteen years ago at Milestone Mortgage, therefor making him one the original Sente mortgage bankers. During that time he has served thousands, providing them with sound advice and service; NEVER attempting to provide a client with programs or payments that were out of their financial comfort zone. James’ clients rely on him to understand all of the new regulations and loan programs ensuring that they are connected with the program that best matches your needs.

James graduated from the University of Texas with a business degree in finance and real estate. Previously the president of the Comal County Crisis Center, he continues to serve as an active board member for this worthy organization. He is married and has two daughters. Weekends are cherished times for James to venture outdoors with his family, looking for wakes to jump, rivers to raft or oceans to swim.
