Kim, who was born and raised a Texan and calls Waco home, brings with her many years of experience in mortgage lending at banks, credit unions and mortgage companies. Her favorite part of her job is visiting and building friendships with clients while helping them achieve their goals in home ownership.

- Kim and her husband Chris are members of Lorena United Methodist Church, and they also recently purchased Advanced Car Care Center with some friends and love helping people with their auto repair needs.
- She enjoys cooking and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
