The Chacon Team was founded in 2013 by Mortgage Banker Christian Peter Chacon. After working for his father, a 30 year mortgage veteran, Christian Peter was quickly inspired as he saw the incredible impact he could have on both first time home buyers and seasoned home buyers as he served them in their mortgage process. It was during this time that he found his “why”; something the team holds dear to this day.

Operating off of “why” ensures that each member of the Chacon Team can find unique purpose every day as they serve their clients. As a team we want our clients to find excitement not fear of the stress or scared whether they’ll be qualified. We counter those emotions by spending a lot of time up front before clients ever go under contract educating them on the process and the loan products available to them.

As we educate our clients, we want to be able to provide them all the tools necessary to make a decision that best suits the needs of their family.
