This is Sente Mortgage, Inc.'s privacy notice for customers and visitors to our website. When we use the words "We", "our", and "us," we mean Sente Mortgage, Inc. "You" and "your" mean the types of customers described below.
We take our clients’ financial privacy very seriously. During the course of processing your application, we accumulate nonpublic personal financial information from you and from other sources about your income, assets, and credit history in order to make an informed decision about granting you credit.
The Information That We Collect
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

Information from a consumer reporting agency; and

In addition, we collect phone contacts in the mobile app when you share the app.

Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Sente Mortgage, Inc. has no affiliates.

Service providers: Companies that perform services on our behalf, such as data processing, document preparation, account maintenance, or marketing services.
Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Sente Mortgage, Inc. does not jointly market.
We may also disclose your nonpublic personal information as permitted or required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, to prevent fraud, or to comply with regulatory requirements.
