Production Partner Tina Stevens is living proof that “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.” A 23-year financial industry veteran with 10 years in management, Tina earned her bachelors degree while working full time and raising three children.
In addition to being a #1 MOM, her hard work has brought her awards and the appreciation of devoted customers, who note her enthusiasm, caring attitude, and determination on their behalf. “I strive to show our customers that the mortgage process doesn’t have to be painful and scary,” Tina says. “My job is to make the transaction as smooth and seamless as possible, always keeping the customer’s well being in mind.”
Today happily working at the New Braunfels branch of Sente Mortgage, Tina still expresses appreciation for her first boss. “She was a strong, independent woman who was also a single mom,” Tina says. “She built her career from teller to CEO and showed me that I can achieve anything I set my mind to.”
It was a well-learned lesson. Tina puts her mind to customer care every day and truly believes in her customers’ goals.
