SMS Terms & Conditions

  1. Overview These Terms govern your participation in Sente Mortgage’s SMS text
    message program (“Program”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms in addition to our
    Privacy Policy ().
  2. Opt-In Consent By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to
    receive recurring SMS text messages from Sente Mortgage, including promotional
    offers, rate alerts, and service notifications.
  3. Message Frequency & Costs
    • Frequency: Messages may be sent weekly or more frequently depending on your
      activity and campaign.
    • Carrier Charges: Your carrier’s standard message and data rates apply. You are
      responsible for all fees.
  4. Opt-Out & Support
    • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. After confirmation, you will receive one final message and no further SMS messages will be sent, unless required by law.
    • For help, reply HELP or contact support@sentemortgage.com.
  5. Eligibility
    • You must be at least 18 years old.
    • You must be the account holder of the provided mobile number.
    • You are a current customer of Sente Mortgage.
    • You are not currently prevented from receiving marketing texts by law.
  6. Privacy Participation in the Program includes collection of your phone number and
    message activity. This information is used as outlined in our Privacy Policy (). We do not sell your data.
  7. Modifications We may modify these Terms at any time by updating this page and
    posting the new “Effective Date.” Your continued participation implies acceptance of the
    updated Terms.
  8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Sente Mortgage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages related to the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the states where Sente
    Mortgage is licensed to do business, excluding choice-of-law provisions.
